La présente ordonnance régit la combinaison de photographies en couleurs ou d’autres illustrations avec les mises en garde complémentaires, conformément à l’art. 12, al. 5, OTab, sur toute unité de conditionnement de produits du tabac et de produits contenant des succédanés de tabac destinés à être fumés.
This Ordinance governs the combination in accordance with Article 12 para. 5 OTab of colour photographs or other images with additional warnings on all unit packets of tobacco products and products containing tobacco substitutes designed to be smoked.
