Art. 12 Notification d’exportation

1 Si un produit chimique selon l’annexe 1 est exporté à destination d’une Partie à la Convention PIC, l’OFEV notifie l’exportation à l’autorité désignée par cette Partie. La notification d’exportation doit comporter les informations mentionnées à l’annexe V de la Convention PIC.30

2 La notification d’exportation d’un produit chimique selon l’annexe 1 doit être effectuée chaque année civile au plus tard 15 jours avant la première exportation.31

3 Si l’autorité nationale désignée de la Partie importatrice n’a pas accusé réception de la notification d’exportation dans les 30 jours suivant l’envoi, l’OFEV réitère la notification.

Art. 12 Export notification

1 If a chemical under Annex 1 is exported to an importing PIC Party, the FOEN shall notify the authority designated by this Party of the export. The export notification must contain the information set out in Annex V of the PIC Convention.30

2 The export notification for a chemical under Annex 1 must be submitted no later than 15 days before the first export in each calendar year.31

3 If no acknowledgement is received from the designated authority of the importing PIC Party within 30 days of dispatch of the export notification, the FOEN shall repeat the notification.
