Art. 31 Conditions

L’autorisation est délivrée lorsque:

a.: le requérant ou un expert mandaté par lui (art. 16) possède les qualifications nécessaires;
b.: l’entreprise dispose d’un nombre approprié d’experts;
c.: le requérant et les experts garantissent une exploitation sûre;
d.: l’entreprise a contracté une assurance responsabilité civile suffisante;
e.: les équipements et installations correspondent en matière de radioprotection à l’état de la science et de la technique;
f.: la radioprotection est garantie au sens de la présente loi et de ses dispositions d’exécution.

Art. 31 Conditions

A licence shall be granted if:

a.: the applicant or an expert appointed by the applicant (Art. 16) has the necessary qualifications;
b.: the enterprise has an appropriate number of experts at its disposal;
c.: the applicant and the experts ensure safe operation;
d.: the enterprise has adequate liability insurance;
e.: the installations and equipment are in accordance with the current state of science and technology with regard to radiological protection;
f.: radiological protection is assured in accordance with this Act and the implementing provisions.
