1 Les informations prévues à l’art. 5, al. 1, sont publiques si aucun intérêt privé ou public prépondérant, digne de protection, ne s’oppose à leur communication.
2 Sont réputés intérêts privés ou publics dignes de protection les intérêts mentionnés à l’art. 7 de la loi du 17 décembre 2004 sur la transparence3.
