1 La présente ordonnance a pour but de garantir, au moyen d’un registre, l’accès du public à des informations concernant les rejets de polluants, les transferts de déchets et les transferts de polluants dans les eaux usées.
2 Elle s’applique aux établissements exploitant des installations visées à l’annexe 1.
