1 Les art. 6 et 7 de la loi fédérale du 22 mars 1974 sur le droit pénal administratif180 s’appliquent aux infractions à la présente loi.
2 Les infractions au sens de l’art. 61a sont également régies par les autres dispositions de la loi fédérale du 22 mars 1974 sur le droit pénal administratif.181
