1 Les dons au sens de l’art. 55, al. 2, let. b, LPTh destinés à la formation postgrade ou continue de professionnels sont admis pour autant qu’ils remplissent les conditions énoncées à l’art. 4, let. a à f.
2 L’organisation doit décider en toute indépendance du type et du choix des formations postgrades ou continues ainsi que des professionnels qui y participent.
1 Contributions that are permitted as support for the continuing education and training and continuing professional development of professionals in accordance with Article 55 paragraph 2 letter b TPA are contributions that meet the requirements of Article 4 letters a–f.
2 The organisation must decide independently on the form and choice of the continuing education and training and continuing professional development events and on the professionals who participate.
