Le Conseil fédéral exécute la présente loi, à l’exclusion des tâches qui ont été attribuées à une autre autorité. Il édicte les dispositions d’exécution. Il peut déléguer au DETEC la compétence d’édicter des prescriptions techniques et administratives.
The Federal Council shall implement this Act unless the duties hereunder are assigned to another authority. It shall enact the implementing provisions. It may delegate the task of issuing administrative and technical regulations to DETEC.
