1 L’examen des objets liés à l’accident, les inspections des lieux, les mesures visant à reconstituer le déroulement de l’incident, les entretiens à caractère informatif ainsi que d’autres mesures d’enquête sont consignés dans des notes.
2 Les notes sont datées et signées par la personne chargée de l’enquête ou par la personne désignée à cet effet.
1 The examination of incident-related items of property, inspections, measures to reconstruct the events of the incident, witness interviews and further investigation activities shall be recorded in investigation notes.
2 The investigation notes must be dated and signed by the person leading the investigation or the authorised investigator.
