1 Le Conseil fédéral règle la procédure d’octroi de la prolongation de la durée de la protection des certificats, l’inscription correspondante au registre des brevets ainsi que les publications de l’IPI.
2 Il tient compte de la réglementation dans l’UE.
1 The application for the grant of a paediatric certificate may be made two years before the end of the maximum term of the patent at the latest.
2 If the deadline is not respected, the IPI shall reject the application.
