Les art. 6 et 7 de la loi fédérale du 22 mars 1974 sur le droit pénal administratif24 s’appliquent aux infractions commises dans la gestion d’une entreprise par un subordonné, un mandataire ou un représentant.

Art. 42 Offences committed within a business

Articles 6 and 7 of the Federal Act of 22 March 197424 on Administrative Criminal Law apply to offences committed within a business by subordinates, agents or representatives.
