Art. 73 Poursuite pénale

1 La poursuite pénale incombe aux cantons.

2 Les infractions définies à l’art. 70 sont poursuivies et jugées par l’IPI conformément à la loi fédérale du 22 mars 1974 sur le droit pénal administratif91.

Art. 73 Prosecution

1 Prosecution is the responsibility of the cantons.

2 Offences under Article 70 are prosecuted and judged by the IPI in accordance with the Federal Act of 22 March 197481 on Administrative Criminal Law.
