disp7/Art. 3 C. Droit exclusif à la raison de commerce inscrite

Le droit exclusif à la raison de commerce d’une société en nom collectif, d’une société en commandite ou d’une société en commandite par actions, qui a été inscrite dans le registre du commerce avant l’entrée en vigueur de modification du 25 septembre 2015, est régi par l’art. 946 du droit en vigueur et par l’art. 951 de l’ancien droit.

1 Articles 1–4 of the Final Title of the Civil Code859 apply to this Code unless the following provisions provide otherwise.

2 The provisions of the Amendment of 21 June 2019 apply on its commencement to existing companies.
