Art. 520 IV. Life annuities under the law governing insurance policies

The provisions of this Code governing life annuity agreements do not apply to life annuity agreements subject to the Federal Act of 2 April 1908273 on Insurance Policies, with the exception of the provision governing withdrawal of annuity entitlements.
