1 Les futurs parents adoptifs communiquent sans délai à l’autorité cantonale toute modification de faits déterminants, notamment tout changement au sein de leur communauté de vie ou d’habitation et tout changement de domicile.
2 Ils sont tenus d’aviser l’autorité cantonale dans les dix jours suivant l’entrée de l’enfant en Suisse.
3 L’autorité cantonale transmet l’information à l’autorité de protection de l’enfant4 en vue de la nomination d’un curateur (art. 17 LF-CLaH) ou d’un tuteur (art. 18 LF‑CLaH) et, au besoin, au service cantonal des migrations.

1 The future adoptive parents must immediately notify the cantonal authority of any substantial changes in conditions, in particular relationship or household or of any change of address.
2 They must notify the cantonal authority within ten days of the child's entry.
3 The cantonal authority informs the child protection authority4 with a view to appointing a welfare advocate (Art. 17 HCAA) or a guardian (Art. 18 HCAA) and if applicable the cantonal migration authority.
