151.1 Federal Act of 24 March 1995 on Gender Equality (Gender Equality Act, GEA)
Art. 15 Services de consultation
La Confédération peut allouer des aides financières à des organisations privées:
- a.
- qui informent et conseillent les femmes dans la vie professionnelle;
- b.
- qui assistent, en matière de réinsertion professionnelle, les femmes et les hommes ayant interrompu leur activité lucrative pour se consacrer à des tâches familiales.
Art. 15 Advice centres
The federal government may grant financial aid to private institutions for:
- a.
- the provision of advice and information to working women;
- b.
- the encouragement of the reintegration of women and men who have interrupted their working activities in order to fulfil family duties.
