120.73 Ordinance of 27 May 2020 on Protection against Cyber Risks in the Federal Administration (Cyber Risks Ordinance, CyRV)
Art. 2 Champ d’application
La présente ordonnance s’applique:
- a.
- aux unités administratives de l’administration fédérale centrale au sens de l’art. 7 de l’ordonnance du 25 novembre 1998 sur l’organisation du gouvernement et de l’administration3;
- b.4
- aux autorités, organisations et personnes visées à l’art. 2, al. 2, de l’ordonnance du 25 novembre 2020 sur la transformation numérique et l’informatique (OTNI)5 qui s’engagent à la respecter.
Art. 2 Scope of application
This Ordinance applies to:
- a.
- the administrative units of the central Federal Administration in accordance with Article 7 the Government and Administration Ordinance of 25 November 19983;
- b.4
- the offices that undertake in accordance with Article 2 paragraph 2 of the Ordinance of 25 November 20205 on the Digital Transformation and ICT (DTIO) to comply therewith.
