Art. 64a Formation continue

1 La Confédération fixe les principes applicables à la formation continue.

2 Elle peut encourager la formation continue.

3 La loi fixe les domaines et les critères.

Art. 64a Continuing education and training

1 The Confederation shall specify principles governing continuing education and training.

2 It may promote continuing education and training.

3 The law shall specify the fields of and the criteria for such promotion.
