Art. 161 Interdiction des mandats impératifs

1 Les membres de l’Assemblée fédérale votent sans instructions.

2 Ils rendent publics les liens qu’ils ont avec des groupes d’intérêts.

Art. 161 Prohibition of voting instructions

1 No member of the Federal Assembly may vote on the instructions of another person.

2 Members must disclose their links to interest groups.
