Art. 143 Éligibilité

Tout citoyen ou citoyenne ayant le droit de vote est éligible au Conseil national, au Conseil fédéral et au Tribunal fédéral.

Art. 143 Eligibility for election

Any person eligible to vote may be elected to the National Council, the Federal Council or the Federal Supreme Court.
