Art. 1 Purpose and subject matter

1 The purpose of this Act is to prevent the improper use of weapons, weapon components, weapon accessories, ammunition and ammunition components.

2 It regulates the acquisition, bringing into Switzerland, export, storage, possession, carrying, transport, brokerage, manufacture of, and trade in:

a.
weapons, essential or specially designed weapon components, and weapon accessories;
b.
ammunition and ammunition components.

3 The purpose of this Act is also to prevent the improper carrying of dangerous objects.

Art. 1 Intent ed object

1 Questa lescha ha l’intent da cumbatter cunter l’utilisaziun abusiva d’armas, da parts d’armas, d’accessoris d’armas e d’elements da muniziun.

2 Ella regla l’acquist, l’apport en il territori svizzer, l’export, la conservaziun, il possess, il purtar, il transport, l’intermediaziun, la producziun da ed il commerzi cun:

a.
armas, parts essenzialas d’armas u parts d’armas construidas spezialmain ed accessoris d’armas;
b.
muniziun ed elements da muniziun.

3 Plinavant ha ella l’intent d’impedir ch’i vegnian purtads abusivamain objects privlus.
