Art. 302

1 Summary procedure applies in particular in the case of:

a.
decisions under the Hague Convention of 25 October 1980145 on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction and under the European Convention of 20 May 1980146 on Recognition and Enforcement of Decisions concerning Custody of Children and on Restoration of Custody of Children;
b.
the payment of a special financial contribution to cover unforeseen extraordinary needs of the child (Art. 286 para. 3 CC147);
c.
notice to debtors and the provision of security for child support outside proceedings on the parents' maintenance obligations (Art. 291 and 292 CC).

Art. 301a Contribuziuns da mantegniment

Sch’i vegnan fixadas contribuziuns da mantegniment en il contract da mantegniment u en la decisiun, stoi vegnir inditgà:

a.
tge entradas e tge facultad da mintga genitur che vegnan resguardadas per la calculaziun;
b.
tge import ch’è destinà a mintga uffant;
c.
tge import che manca per cuvrir il mantegniment duì da mintga uffant;
d.
sche ed en tge dimensiun che las contribuziuns da mantegniment vegnan adattadas a las midadas dals custs da viver.
