Art. 133 Competing offers

1 In the event of competing offers, the holders of equity securities in the target company must be free to choose which offer they accept.

2 The Takeover Board shall issue provisions relating to competing offers and their effect on the first offer.

Art. 133 Offerte concorrenti

1 In caso di offerte concorrenti i portatori di titoli di partecipazione della società bersaglio devono poter scegliere liberamente l’offerta.

2 La Commissione emana disposizioni sulle offerte concorrenti e sui loro effetti sulla prima offerta.
