1 Unless specified otherwise, the percentage restrictions given in this chapter relate to the fund assets at market values; they must be maintained at all times.
2 If the limits are exceeded as a result of market changes, the investments must be restored to the permitted level within a reasonable period, taking due account of the investors' interests.
3 Securities funds and other funds must comply with the investment restrictions within six months of launch.
4 Real estate funds must comply with the investment restrictions within two years of launch.
5 FINMA may extend the time limits specified in paragraphs 3 and 4 at the request of the fund management company and the SICAV.

1 Le limitazioni percentuali del presente capitolo si riferiscono, se non disposto altrimenti, al patrimonio del fondo al valore venale; esse devono essere osservate costantemente.
2 Se le limitazioni sono superate in seguito a cambiamenti del mercato, gli investimenti devono essere riportati entro un termine adeguato al valore ammesso, tutelando gli interessi degli investitori.
3 I fondi in valori mobiliari e gli altri fondi devono adempiere le limitazioni di investimento entro sei mesi dal loro lancio.
4 I fondi immobiliari devono adempiere le limitazioni di investimento entro due anni dal loro lancio.
5 Su richiesta della direzione del fondo e della SICAV, la FINMA può prolungare i termini dei capoversi 3 e 4.
