1 Anyone who occasions a ruling by the registration body or requests a service from the registration body is liable to a fee. The registration body may levy an annual fee to cover annually recurring expenses.
2 The fee for first-time entry in the register of advisers is CHF 500–2500 and for renewal of the entry CHF 200–1000. It is set within these ranges on the basis of the average time required for the performance of similar functions.
3 In the case of exceptionally voluminous or particularly difficult entries, the fee stipulated in paragraph 2 may be based on time spent.
4 The fee for all other rulings and services is based on time spent.
5 The hourly fee rate is CHF 100–500, depending on the functional level of the person at the registration body carrying out the task.
6 A surcharge of up to 50 percent of the ordinary fee can be levied for rulings and services provided, on request, urgently or outside normal working hours by the registration body.
7 In all other respects, the General Fees Ordinance of 8 September 20046 applies.

1 Chi occasiona una decisione del servizio di registrazione o chiede una prestazione del servizio di registrazione deve pagare un emolumento. Il servizio di registrazione può riscuotere un emolumento annuale a copertura dell’onere annuale ricorrente.
2 L’emolumento per la prima iscrizione nel registro dei consulenti è compreso tra i 500 e i 2500 franchi e per il rinnovo dell’iscrizione tra i 200 e i 1000 franchi. Esso è fissato entro questi limiti, in funzione del tempo medio impiegato per svolgere attività analoghe.
3 Per le iscrizioni che comportano un dispendio straordinario o che presentano difficoltà particolari, l’emolumento di cui al capoverso 2 può essere calcolato in funzione del tempo impiegato.
4 Per le altre decisioni e prestazioni l’emolumento è calcolato in funzione del tempo impiegato.
5 La tariffa oraria prevista per gli emolumenti è compresa tra i 100 e i 500 franchi, a seconda della funzione ricoperta in seno al servizio di registrazione dalla persona che svolge l’attività.
6 Per le decisioni e le prestazioni che, su richiesta, il servizio di registrazione deve emanare o fornire d’urgenza o fuori del normale orario di lavoro può essere riscosso un supplemento pari al massimo al 50 per cento dell’emolumento ordinario.
7 Per il rimanente si applica l’ordinanza generale dell’8 settembre 20046 sugli emolumenti.
