Art. 60 Contents
1 The key information document shall contain the information essential for investors to make a well-founded investment decision and a comparison of different financial instruments.
2 In particular, the information shall include:
- a.
- the name of the financial instrument and the identity of the producer;
- b.
- the type and characteristics of the financial instrument;
- c.
- the risk/return profile of the financial instrument, specifying the maximum loss the investor could incur on the invested capital;
- d.
- the costs of the financial instrument;
- e.
- the minimum holding period and the tradability of the financial instrument;
- f.
- information on the authorisations and approvals associated with the financial instrument.
Art. 60 Contenuto
1 Il foglio informativo di base contiene le indicazioni essenziali che consentono agli investitori di adottare decisioni di investimento consapevoli e di raffrontare tra loro diversi strumenti finanziari.
2 Le indicazioni comprendono in particolare:
- a.
- il nome dello strumento finanziario e l’identità del produttore;
- b.
- il genere e le caratteristiche dello strumento finanziario;
- c.
- il profilo di rischio e di rendimento dello strumento finanziario, con l’indicazione della perdita massima che gli investitori rischiano sul capitale investito;
- d.
- i costi dello strumento finanziario;
- e.
- la durata di detenzione minima e la negoziabilità dello strumento finanziario;
- f.
- le informazioni riguardanti le autorizzazioni e le approvazioni connesse allo strumento finanziario.
