Art. 13 Implementation

1 The Federal Council shall implement this Act. It shall issue the implementing provisions.

2 It may consult the business and consumer organisations concerned on the implementation of the regulations.

Art. 13 Esecuzione

1 Il Consiglio federale è incaricato dell’esecuzione. Esso emana le disposizioni esecutive.

2 Può far capo, per l’esecuzione delle prescrizioni, alle organizzazioni interessate dell’economia e dei consumatori.
