Art. 12

1 All COVID-19 certificates shall contain the following information in accordance with Annex 1:

a.
details of the identity of the holder;
b.
details of the electronic seal issuer;
c.25

2 COVID-19 certificates in human-readable form shall also contain a general statement on the meaning of the certificate in accordance with Annex 1 number 3.26

1 Tutti i certificati COVID-19 contengono le seguenti informazioni di cui all’allegato 1:

informazioni sull’identità del titolare;

informazioni sull’editore;

2 I certificati COVID-19 leggibili senza mezzi ausiliari contengono un’indicazione generale sulla rilevanza del certificato secondo l’allegato 1 numero 3.28
