Art. 27 Information for recipients

1 Any person who puts substances into circulation must:

a.
inform recipients about their environment-related properties;
b.
provide recipients with instructions so that, when the substances are handled correctly, they do not present a danger to the environment or indirectly endanger people.

2 The Federal Council issues regulations on the nature, content and extent of the information given to recipients.36

Art. 27 Informazione dell’acquirente

1 Chi mette in commercio sostanze deve:

a.
informare l’acquirente sulle proprietà che influiscono sull’ambiente;
b.
fornire all’acquirente istruzioni idonee a garantire che, se la sostanza è utilizzata conformemente alle prescrizioni, l’ambiente o indirettamente l’uomo non possano essere messi in pericolo.

2 Il Consiglio federale emana prescrizioni relative al tipo, al contenuto e all’entità dell’informazione dell’acquirente.37
