Art. 62e Transitional Provision to the Amendment of 18 November 2020

The following biocidal products, notwithstanding that they do not have a UFI on 1 January 2022, may be placed on the market at the latest until 31 December 2025 without indicating the UFI in accordance with Article 14a:

a.
biocidal products intended for professional users;
b.
biocidal products intended for private users and placed on the market before 1 January 2022.

Art. 62f Disposizioni transitorie della modifica dell’11 marzo 2022

I biocidi etichettati ai sensi dell’articolo 10 capoverso 3 lettera b OPChim253 secondo il diritto anteriore possono essere forniti a terzi fino al 31 dicembre 2025.
