Art. 51 Form of the report and extended report

The report and extended report shall be submitted as follows:

a.
electronically in the format required by the Notification Authority;
b.
in an official language or in English.

Art. 51 Forma dell’annuncio e dell’annuncio esaustivo

L’annuncio e l’annuncio esaustivo devono essere trasmessi come segue:

a.
in forma elettronica nel formato richiesto dall’organo di notifica;
b.
in una lingua ufficiale o in inglese.
