Art. 53 Principle

For clinical trials of therapeutic products in humans, the Human Research Act of 30 September 2011119 applies in addition to the provisions of this Act.

Art. 53 Principio

All’esecuzione di sperimentazioni cliniche con agenti terapeutici sull’essere umano si applica, oltre alle disposizioni della presente legge, la legge del 30 settembre 2011122 sulla ricerca umana.
