Art. 19c

Any person who wilfully incites or attempts to incite another to consume narcotics without authorisation is liable to a fine.

Art. 19c

Chiunque intenzionalmente istiga o tenta di istigare altri a consumare illecitamente stupefacenti, è punito con la multa.
