Art. 12

1 The cantons may revoke authorisation in accordance with Article 9 for a limited period or permanently if the authorised medical professional60 is narcotics dependent or has committed an offence under Articles 19–22.61

2 The order applies throughout the Confederation.

3 Article 54 of the Criminal Code62 remains reserved.

Art. 12

1 I Cantoni possono revocare, per un periodo determinato o definitivamente, le facoltà di cui all’articolo 9 se l’operatore sanitario61 è tossicomane o ha commesso un’infrazione secondo gli articoli 19–22.62

2 Tale provvedimento ha effetto su tutto il territorio della Confederazione.

3 È riservato l’articolo 54 del Codice penale svizzero63.
