Art. 9 Independence

1 The STSB and its members act in accordance with directives.

2 The STSB shall take the organisational measures required to safeguard its interests and prevent conflicts of interest.

1 Il SISI e i suoi membri non sono vincolati a istruzioni.

2 Il SISI prende le misure organizzative necessarie per tutelare i propri interessi ed evitare i conflitti d’interesse.
