Art. 2 Purpose and subject matter of investigations

1 Investigations serve to prevent further incidents.

2 The subject of investigations are the technical, operational, human, organisational and systemic causes and circumstances that led to the incident.

Art. 2 Scopo e oggetto dell’inchiesta

1 L’inchiesta ha quale scopo la prevenzione di ulteriori eventi imprevisti.

2 Sono oggetto di inchiesta le cause e le circostanze a livello tecnico, di esercizio, umano, organizzativo e di sistema che hanno condotto all’evento imprevisto.
