Art. 98

1 An application for refund shall cover a period of 12 months. It may cover a shorter period, provided that the amount requested is at least CHF 100,000.285

2 It must be submitted by 30 June for the CO2 levy paid for:

a.
the previous year;
b.
the fiscal year that ended in the previous year.

3 A claim for refund is forfeited if the application is not submitted by the deadline.

Art. 98

1 Una domanda di restituzione contempla un periodo di 12 mesi. Può contemplare
un periodo più breve, a condizione che l’importo richiesto ammonti ad almeno 100 000 franchi.286

2 Deve essere inoltrata entro il 30 giugno per le tasse sul CO2 versate:

a.
per l’anno precedente;
b.
per l’esercizio terminato l’anno precedente.

3 Il diritto alla restituzione si estingue qualora la domanda non sia inoltrata entro il termine stabilito.
