Art. 32 Fees

The Federal Council determines the fees for:

a.
processing permits, conducting examinations and issuing certificates under this Act;
b.126
storing seized weapons and dangerous objects carried improperly;
c.127
measures concerning the seizure, definite confiscation and use of objects defined under Article 4.

Art. 32 Emolumenti

Il Consiglio federale fissa gli emolumenti per:

a.
le pratiche relative a autorizzazioni, esami e omologazioni ai sensi della presente legge;
b.130
la custodia di armi e oggetti pericolosi portati abusivamente che sono stati sequestrati;
c.131
le misure relative al sequestro, alla confisca definitiva e alla realizzazione degli oggetti di cui all’articolo 4.
