Art. 10a Allocation of the LEI

1 The FSO allocates every UID entity an LEI upon their request.

2 UID entities that manage legal entities such as funds or subsidiaries may request an LEI for each individual legal entity from the FSO.

Art. 10a Attribuzione del LEI

1 L’UST attribuisce un LEI a ogni unità IDI che ne faccia richiesta.

2 Le unità IDI che gestiscono unità quali fondi o filiali possono richiedere un LEI per ognuna di queste unità.
