431.02 Legge federale del 23 giugno 2006 sull'armonizzazione dei registri degli abitanti e di altri registri ufficiali di persone (Legge sull'armonizzazione dei registri, LArRa)
Art. 1 Aim and subject matter
1 This Act aims to simplify:
- a.
- the collection of data for statistics through the harmonisation of official registers of persons (the registers);
- b.
- the exchange of personal data between the registers provided for by the law.
2 For this purpose the Act determines:
- a.
- the identifiers and attributes that must be recorded in the registers;
- b.
- the responsibility of the Federal Statistical Office (Federal Office) for the harmonisation of definitions, attributes and attribute characteristics;
- c.
- the requirement of completeness and accuracy in the registers;
- d.
- the obligation to update the registers of residents.
Art. 1 Scopo e oggetto
1 La presente legge ha lo scopo di semplificare:
- a.
- la rilevazione dei dati per la statistica mediante l’armonizzazione dei registri ufficiali di persone (registri);
- b.
- lo scambio, previsto dalla legge, di dati personali tra i registri.
2 A tal fine la legge stabilisce:
- a.
- gli identificatori e le caratteristiche che devono essere registrati;
- b.
- la competenza dell’Ufficio federale di statistica (Ufficio federale) di unificare le definizioni, le caratteristiche e le specificità;
- c.
- il principio della completezza e dell’esattezza dei registri;
- d.
- l’obbligo di aggiornare i registri degli abitanti.
