Art. 51

The following courts or authorities have jurisdiction to hear actions and to order measures relating to marital property:

a.
with respect to the liquidation of the marital property regime on the death of one of the spouses: the Swiss judicial or administrative authorities that have jurisdiction to settle the estate (Art. 86 to 89);
b.32
with respect to the liquidation of the marital property regime on divorce or separation: the Swiss judicial authorities that have jurisdiction in that respect (Art. 59, 60, 60a, 63, 64);
c.
in all other cases: the Swiss judicial or administrative authorities that have jurisdiction to rule on the effects of marriage (Art. 46, 47).

Art. 51

Per le azioni o i provvedimenti concernenti i rapporti patrimoniali tra i coniugi sono competenti:

a.
per la liquidazione del regime dei beni in caso di morte di un coniuge, i tribunali o le autorità svizzeri competenti a liquidare la successione (art. 86 a 89);
b.30
per la liquidazione del regime dei beni in caso di scioglimento giudiziale del matrimonio o di separazione, i tribunali svizzeri competenti in merito (art. 59, 60, 60a, 63, 64);
c.
negli altri casi, i tribunali o le autorità svizzeri competenti per le azioni o per i provvedimenti concernenti gli effetti del matrimonio (art. 46 e 47).
