1 The Swiss courts at the domicile or, in the absence of a domicile in Switzerland, those at the place of celebration of the marriage or the place of origin of either spouse have jurisdiction to hear an action for annulment of marriage.
2 The action is governed by Swiss law.
3 Articles 62 to 64 apply by analogy to interim measures and to the consequences of an annulment.
4 Foreign decisions on annulment of marriage are recognised in Switzerland if they were rendered in the state where the marriage was celebrated. Article 65 applies by analogy if the action was brought by one of the spouses.

1 Per le azioni di nullità del matrimonio sono competenti i tribunali svizzeri del domicilio di uno dei coniugi o, se non è dato un domicilio in Svizzera, quelli del luogo di celebrazione del matrimonio o del luogo d’origine di uno dei coniugi.
2 L’azione è regolata dal diritto svizzero.
3 Gli articoli 62–64 si applicano per analogia ai provvedimenti cautelari e agli effetti accessori.
4 Le decisioni straniere che constatano la nullità di un matrimonio sono riconosciute in Svizzera se sono state pronunciate nello Stato in cui è stato celebrato il matrimonio. L’articolo 65 si applica per analogia se l’azione è stata promossa da uno dei coniugi.
