1 A marriage validly celebrated abroad is recognised in Switzerland.
2 If either of the prospective spouses is a Swiss citizen or if both have their domicile in Switzerland, a marriage celebrated abroad is recognised, unless it was celebrated with the manifest intent of circumventing the Swiss provisions on annulment of marriage.27
