1 Facts or legal acts which came into being and produced all their effects before the commencement of this Act are governed by the law previously in force.
2 Facts or legal acts which came into being before the commencement of this Act, but which continue to produce legal effects, are governed by the law previously in force for the period prior to the commencement date. Their effects beyond that date are governed by this Act.
1 Per le azioni od istanze pendenti al momento dell’entrata in vigore della presente legge rimangono competenti i tribunali o le autorità svizzeri aditi, anche se non più competenti in virtù della presente legge.
2 Le azioni od istanze respinte, per difetto di competenza, da tribunali o autorità svizzeri prima dell’entrata in vigore della presente legge possono essere riproposte ove la presente legge preveda una tale competenza e la pretesa giuridica possa essere ancora fatta valere.
