Art. 113

If the characteristic obligation of the contract is to be performed in Switzerland, the action may also be brought before the Swiss court at the place of performance.

Art. 113

Se la prestazione caratteristica del contratto dev’essere eseguita in Svizzera, l’azione può essere proposta anche al tribunale svizzero del luogo di adempimento di tale prestazione.
