Art. 18

1 The Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) shall maintain an electronic list:

a.
of Swiss public signs;
b.
of public signs notified to it by foreign states.

2 It shall make this list accessible to the public.

3 The cantons shall notify the IPI of the signs referred to in Article 5.

Art. 18

1 L’Istituto federale della proprietà intellettuale (IPI) gestisce un elenco elettronico dei:

a.
segni pubblici della Svizzera;
b.
segni pubblici che gli sono stati comunicati da Stati esteri.

2 L’IPI rende l’elenco accessibile online.

3 I Cantoni comunicano all’IPI i segni di cui all’articolo 5.
