Art. 140m

Insofar as the provisions concerning the certificate do not contain any regulations, the provisions of the first, second, third and fifth Titles of this Act apply by analogy.

Art. 140i

1 Il certificato si estingue se:

a.
il titolare vi rinuncia mediante dichiarazione comunicata per scritto all’IPI;
b.
le tasse annuali non sono pagate tempestivamente;
c.268
tutte le omologazioni di medicinali contenenti il prodotto sono revocate (art. 16a LATer269).

2 Se tutte le omologazioni sono sospese anche il certificato è sospeso. La sospensione non interrompe la durata del certificato.270

3 L’Istituto svizzero per gli agenti terapeutici comunica all’IPI la revoca o la sospensione delle omologazioni.271
