Art. 34

1 The IPI shall cancel a design on its own initiative if, in the event of the deferment of publication, no representations are submitted (Art. 19 para. 3 DesA).

2 The IPI shall notify the right holder of the cancellation.

3 The cancellation of a design is free of charge.

Art. 34

1 L’IPI cancella di moto proprio un design quando, nell’ambito di un differimento della pubblicazione, non vengono fornite raffigurazioni (art. 19 cpv. 3 LDes).

2 Esso informa il titolare del diritto sull’avvenuta cancellazione.

3 La cancellazione di un design è esente da tasse.
