Art. 29 Other Register amendments

On the basis of an appropriate declaration by the right holder or another satisfactory document, the IPI shall register:

a.
the usufruct of the design right and pledging of the design right;
b.43
restrictions on powers of disposal ordered by the courts and compulsory enforcement authorities;
c.
amendments concerning registered information.

Art. 29 Altre modifiche nel registro

L’IPI, in base a una relativa dichiarazione del titolare del diritto o a un altro documento sufficiente, registra:

a.
l’usufrutto e la costituzione in pegno del diritto di design;
b.45
le restrizioni alla facoltà di disporre decise dal giudice e da autorità preposte alle procedure esecutive;
c.
le modifiche che concernono indicazioni registrate.
