Art. 21a Reimbursement of the renewal fee

If an application for renewal has been submitted and it does not result in the renewal of the term of protection, the renewal fee shall be reimbursed.

Art. 21a Restituzione della tassa per il rinnovo della protezione

Se è stata presentata una domanda di rinnovo, ma la protezione non è rinnovata, la tassa per il rinnovo della protezione è restituita.
